Tax Max Software was built out of experience, frustration, and the determination to create something better for tax professionals.
Our founder, Mona, has spent more than 16 years in the tax industry, helping hundreds of people start and grow successful tax businesses.
But like many preparers, she experienced the harsh reality of the industry — unreliable software providers, being locked out of systems, delayed payments, weekly pay cycles, and slow IRS submissions that hurt both preparers and their clients. Instead of accepting those problems, she decided to solve them.

That decision led to the creation of Tax Max Software, a platform designed by a tax professional, for tax professionals.
